We believe there is little value in monthly Financial Statements that are just filed, when they could be harnessed to provide really useful information on which to base critical business decisions. So, in addition to book-keeping and payroll management, PBK Associates offers a service in which the Business Owner examines monthly charts that analyse each element of the business, so that he can see, and understand, their profitability.

We will work with you to understand how the core elements of your business contribute to its profitability. Then we will establish a tracking system that will produce monthly charts showing the performance of those elements on a product-by-product, service-by-service or sector-by-sector basis, both individually and in combination.
