Instant Trial Company

A Trial Company will automatically be created for you when you sign up as a new user. There is no charge for signing up and using the trial company. The company is created with data already present, as well as a VAT period to be completed and a pending year end closure. You can complete these processes if desired as well as adding or changing transactions or printing reports. The Trial Company will be available on the system for four weeks from the date of sign-up.

The Trial Company is a consulting company with two shareholders. It is registered for VAT using the standard scheme. A quarterly VAT period has just ended on the last day of the month prior to the month of creation. The financial year ended on the last day of the month prior to that. Neither the VAT period nor the financial year has been closed in the system.
